Are you an adept Senior Financial Administrator within Private Client Wealth Management? Our client has provided straightforward independent financial advice for many years in the Kent area and has built up a solid reputation with their clients and local professional services firms, who help supply them with a steady stream of new business enquiries. They offer a straightforward non jargon based holistic approach to advice, taking the time to understand clients on both professional and personal levels. Due to an increase in new business, they are actively seeking an additional member of staff who is a proficient Senior Financial Administrator, that can fit into this friendly and supportive team.
You will be an integral part of a 12-member team supporting a growing cohort of Financial Advisers. Duties will include the full end to end Financial Administration process, from onboarding new clients, through to dealing with client queries and liaising with product providers and the Advisers. In addition to this, you will be supporting the Office Manager, with the day to day running of the Financial Admin Team, dealing with technical queries, and helping with any training in skills gaps that more junior member of the team may have.
In this leadership role, you\’ll spearhead the financial administration team, ensuring unwavering compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols while formulating detailed financial plans and reports. Our client is looking for someone with at least 3 years solid Financial Administration experience for this role.
