Senior IFA Administrator
- Boutique Chartered IFA firm (Surrey)
- Up to £45k basic salary plus bonuses
- Offices near Esher/Kingston
- Attractive benefits package on offer
My client is a Chartered Independent Financial Advice firm based in Surrey near Esher. I have met the Directors and placed 5 staff into the business. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Protections, and esoteric schemes such as VTC & EIS. They also handle Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. The business has built a loyal client book of 500 clients, including families, retirees, and business owners across Surrey, with investable assets ranging from £500k to £10m. The advisers are busier than ever and are generating significant new business through recommendations and referrals.
The business maintains long-standing relationships with local charities and businesses, being highly engaged in the community. They do not impose strict targets on staff, believing this could undermine their ethos. They are seeking a new Senior IFA Administrator to work closely with a Chartered Adviser. The role involves providing administrative support to enable the adviser to deliver high-quality service, attending client meetings, and handling pre- and post-meeting tasks, along with all necessary client servicing work. Knowledge of Intelligent Office software would be highly advantageous.
The role offers a salary between £35k and £45k, plus a comprehensive benefits package. It is primarily office-based, with some flexibility for remote work. If interested in this or other Adviser/Planner roles I am recruiting for, please get in touch.
