What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing daily administrative support to a team of established financial advisers and paraplanners.
- Accurately processing new business applications and maintaining the CRM system (Xplan).
- Implementing advice recommendations in a compliant and timely manner.
- Liaising professionally with clients and product providers to ensure smooth, effective communication.
- Assisting in drafting basic reports and supporting ongoing review and planning processes.
- Keeping up to date with FCA regulatory changes and contributing to best practice.
- Supporting the development and improvement of internal processes and systems.
- Handling general office duties, including managing incoming communications and client queries.
- Participating in internal projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial planning or wealth management administration role .
