We are currently assisting a highly regarded Wealth Manager with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services/IFA Administror to join a growing and highly respected financial planning business.

The Role
The Client Service Team plays a vital role in supporting advisers and paraplanners through the delivery of key client servicing activities. As a Senior Team member, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, managing workflows and contributing to the continued development of the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing portfolio reports and pre-meeting documentation
- Reviewing and correcting client cash accounts
- Drafting client servicing correspondence and letters
- Maintaining and updating internal systems used for service delivery
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with a range of client servicing activities
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels
- Identifying process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency
- Acting as a subject matter expert for key processes
- Supporting the training and development of colleagues where appropriate
- Assisting with workflow management and leadership responsibilities within the team
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- Previous experience in a client servicing role within financial services
- Wealth Management experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience of using Intelliflo is desirable
Skills:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think ahead, plan effectively and prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to identify issues, manage expectations and escalat[e] appropriately
- Comfortable working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines
- Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistently high standards
- Self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive approach
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and business systems
