My client is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join their close-knit team near Tunbridge Wells. This is a fully office-based role working directly with one of their directors—the perfect opportunity to build a lasting career in wealth management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting a director with day-to-day workload management, including emails, client queries, deadlines and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate client files and inputting financial data onto systems
- Collating client information and ensuring seamless preparation for meetings
- Chasing pipeline business from start to finish and managing timelines
- Working compliantly and efficiently to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Liaising with paraplanners, colleagues and clients to keep everything moving smoothly
- Producing reports and handling ad hoc requests to keep the team running smoothly
What They're Looking For
You're confident, highly organised and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. With 3+ years' experience in Financial Services, you understand the industry and are genuinely interested in developing your knowledge further.
You're:
- A strong communicator who builds excellent relationships
- Proactive, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- IT confident, numerate and a problem-solver
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Someone who takes ownership and is willing to get involved wherever needed
