My client is an independent wealth planning firm offering whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners across Surrey, Sussex, and London. They manage the affairs of 300 families and provide advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, and protections.
The firm prioritises exceptional customer satisfaction, resulting in a very high retention rate. The support team consists of experienced Administrators and Paraplanners who are encouraged to progress and develop through ongoing CPD and industry exams.
The Managing Director is creating a new role for a part-time Financial Planning Administrator to assist with servicing existing cases and supporting annual reviews, alongside an increasing number of referrals and recommendations.
You will ideally work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Strong experience within a wealth planning firm and good knowledge of pensions and investments are essential, as these are the core areas of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting LOAs and LOVs
- Preparing meeting packs
- Preparing for reviews
- Processing new business
- Ensuring the clean and organised running of the back-office system
You should be comfortable with all matters related to back-office support for Financial Advisers.
