A well-established and growing Independent Financial Advisory firm in Reading is seeking an ambitious IFA Adviser ready to take the next step in their career within a high-quality, supportive environment.
This opportunity would suit either:
- A Senior Paraplanner looking to transition into a client‑facing adviser role with the right support and mentoring, or
- An IFA Adviser with around 12 months’ client‑facing experience who is keen to continue developing their skills within a progressive firm.
