Following the recent promotion of their current Paraplanning Manager into a strategic operational role, they are seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to join their Senior Management Team and take responsibility for overseeing the paraplanning function.

This role is focused on management, so you must be technically proficient and capable of managing a team with a wide range of experience levels, from those newly promoted to paraplanning roles, to highly experienced Chartered Paraplanners, and those transitioning into Adviser roles while retaining some paraplanning responsibilities.
