My client, a highly regarded and growing wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced National Paraplanning Manager to lead and develop its paraplanning function across multiple regional teams. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future structure, performance, and standards of paraplanning within a successful and forward-thinking business. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure the paraplanning team delivers high‑quality, technically robust, and efficient support to advisers across the firm.
The Opportunity
- Leading and supporting regional paraplanning teams and team leaders
- Managing capacity, workflow, service levels, and turnaround times
- Overseeing technical quality, consistency, and regulatory standards
- Acting as a senior escalation point for complex or high‑risk cases
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Developing KPIs, MI reporting, and performance insight
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing paraplanning staff

Requirements
- Extensive paraplanning experience within wealth management
