The Role:

As a key member of the technical team, you\’ll work closely with experienced Financial Planners, providing high-quality, tailored support. You\’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding client outcomes through research, cashflow modelling, and detailed report writing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing clear, compliant, and bespoke suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
  • Supporting advisers with technical analysis, product and fund research
  • Conducting cashflow modelling and scenario analysis
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Building strong relationships with advisers, clients, and providers

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it)
  • Proven paraplanning experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Strong technical knowledge, especially across pensions, investments & tax-efficient planning
  • High attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
  • Confident using back-office systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Voyant, iO, Selectapension)
