What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the full client lifecycle, including:
  • Producing high-quality, FCA-compliant suitability reports across a wide range of advice areas
  • Conducting product and investment research
  • Collaborating closely with Financial Planners and administrators to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Owning cases from submission through to implementation, proactively resolving issues
  • Contributing to process improvements and MI reporting
  • Maintaining and enhancing suitability report templates and content
  • Becoming a “superuser” of internal systems, helping identify and fix data integrity issues
  • Providing technical support and training to colleagues when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (ideally working towards chartered)
  • Strong technical knowledge across major financial planning areas
  • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse complex information and turn it into clear, client-friendly advice
  • Confident, professional manner—comfortable supporting client meetings
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage your own workload
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel above average)
