Job Description

Are you a Paraplanner who values a close-knit team, genuine development, and a beautiful working environment?

Scion Financial Services, a Chartered Independent Financial Adviser firm, is looking for a motivated Paraplanner to join their small, friendly team based in the Kent countryside.

As part of the Black Tower Group (under Titan) and affiliated with Allied Lupton, this firm manages around £75 million AUM, delivering bespoke financial planning to a loyal client base – from young professionals and business owners to trustees and retirees.

The Paraplanner Role:

You’ll play a key part in supporting three advisers across all aspects of financial planning. This is a varied, hands-on Paraplanner position offering exposure to pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning – with real progression opportunities within a growing Chartered firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage client records on WealthCraft CRM
  • Process new business, valuations, and reviews
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure cases progress smoothly
  • Prepare suitability reports and documentation (with help from Advisory AI – so no endless report writing!)
  • Support compliance and operational processes
  • Assist advisers and management with general administrative tasks

About You:

  • Previous experience in an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning firm
  • Working towards or holding the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
  • Professional, proactive, and happy to be part of a small, supportive team
  • A car driver – the office is rural (and beautiful!) but not reachable by public transport

What’s on Offer:

  • Up to £40,000 (DOE)
  • 25 days holiday + Christmas shutdown
  • Private medical insurance
  • Pension contribution and Death in Service benefit
  • Exam and study support (towards CAS, Chartered, or Will Writing qualifications)
  • Dog-friendly office

If you’re a Paraplanner looking to work in a genuinely supportive Chartered firm with strong values and long-term progression, we’d love to hear from you to Laura at Financial Divisions
