My client is an independent financial advice business in Berkshire who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across Berkshire and Wiltshire.
The business has a team of highly experienced Advisers working with 200+ HNW retirees, City professionals, families and professional sportsmen and women with varying levels of assets ranging from £200k - multiple millions.
The business is privately owned and has very ambitious plans to expand and grow organically, so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking business then this will be the right career move for you.
The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role within the business for a Paraplanner with a definitive route to being an adviser, or they will consider a very progressive administrator who is studying for their exams.
They are open to recruiting a junior candidate or an experienced individual who is well versed on end-to-end admin in a wealth planning firm. You will ideally have knowledge of a number of platforms such as Fidelity, Aviva, Royal London, Prudential etc.
A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. The Directors are looking to offer between £30k - £45k basic salary depending on your experience levels.
They would like someone to be office-based to begin with but then you can WFH a few days per week once you are established.
