Paraplanner – Route to Adviser or Career Paraplanner Client facing role – work on a 1-2-1 basis with Chartered Adviser Boutique IFA with 400 clients £40k – £55k depending on experience plus discretionary bonus My client are a boutique independent Chartered wealth planning firm with offices near Horsham who offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Sussex. In their current setup they manage the affairs of 400 clients with assets ranging greatly from basic cases up to £1m+ to invest. They give advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning and protections etc. The business has grown organically since its inception 20 years ago with 2 Advisers and a full team of support staff and a senior paraplanner . They use a variety of platforms and analytical tools but use Xplan as their main back-office system. The Directors are creating 2 brand-new roles for Paraplanners who can work on a 1-2-1 basis with each of the 2 Chartered Advisers in the business. You will be working towards your level 4 diploma or have completed it and have good technical knowledge and writing suitability reports. You will be drafting reports, doing analysis, cashflow modelling and some occasional admin work but this is a very progressive role with the intention that for the right person they can be an adviser in the future. If you don\’t aspire to be an adviser but prefer to be a technical paraplanner this is also fine. Full training and onboarding 23 days holiday + bank holidays Your Birthday off work plus study leave
