A well-established Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join their dynamic and growing team based in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about financial planning and committed to delivering high-quality support within a professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a Senior Financial Planner, contributing to the delivery of tailored financial advice while ensuring all processes meet compliance and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepares suitability reports, portfolio reviews, and financial plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Conducts detailed research on financial products, investment solutions, and market developments to support client recommendations.
- Maintains and updates client records within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensures all tasks align with SJP compliance requirements and best practices.
- Participates in ongoing professional development, including studying towards the Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Previous experience with St. James’s Place systems and Salesforce is desirable.
- Strong skills in data entry, cashflow management, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication.
- Calm under pressure, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
- Salary: £41,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, based in Mayfair
