A Paraplanner is needed to support a high billing Adviser with a route to an Adviser role in 3 years. The position offers a £50k basic salary plus bonuses and benefits, based in London with hybrid working options.
The client is a wealth planning practice in Central London, operating for over 20 years, with an excellent reputation for providing solid financial advice to over 1000 HNW & UHNW clients.
The Managing Director seeks a diploma qualified Paraplanner to support an accomplished adviser dealing with younger banking professionals with high incomes and a minimum of £3m of invested assets. This fast-paced role involves:
- End to end report writing
- Technical research
- Aiding advisers in compiling advice
- Cashflow modelling
- Fact finds
- Preparation and follow-up for annual reviews and client meetings
A broad range of experience and knowledge across various financial products (Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, Retirement Planning, Protections, etc.) is crucial.
The role will initially be office-based, transitioning to hybrid working once established. The MD offers a £50k basic salary with an attractive benefits package, including Death in Service, Private Medical, and Life Insurance.
There is a clear path to becoming an adviser in 3+ years, with mentorship from an adviser who has taken the traditional route from admin to paraplanner to adviser.
