📣 We’re Hiring: Paraplanner / Wealth Planning Associate
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and client‑focused Paraplanner to join our growing Wealth Management team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex financial challenges, and want to play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes, this could be the perfect next step.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting advisers with high‑quality wealth planning analysis and research
- Preparing suitability reports, cashflow modelling and annual reviews
- Guiding clients through onboarding and providing clear, confident communication throughout
- Collaborating with wider team and custodians to ensure smooth asset transfers
- Contributing to process improvements and wider business projects
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Paraplanner or similar role within financial services
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools
