Job Description

Our client is a leading City based firm of Independent Financial Advisers that we have worked closely with for nearly 10 years and have placed a significant number of people within their business. They are now looking for an Office Manager to take responsibility for the day to day running of the office and supporting the close-knit team.

Day to day duties will be varied from meeting and greeting clients that attend meetings with the Financial Advisers, answering calls from clients, taking detailed notes and passing on to the relevant Adviser. Stationery and stock management, liaising with suppliers, ensuring all correspondence via post and email into the business are logged and distributed accordingly. PA duties for the Directors of the business and dairy management of the meeting rooms and clients’ annual reviews with Advisers.

In addition, they would consider passing over some of the HR administration of the business to the successful applicant, if they wanted to gain HR administration experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of our longest standing clients, who genuinely put their staff and clients at the heart of everything they do. They are a highly professional firm, with an excellent reputation within the industry, that has grown organically due to client referrals and recommendations they receive, from the quality of service they have provided to existing clients.
