The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly organised Mortgage Administrator to join our friendly and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a CeMAP qualification (or is working towards it) and wants to build or continue a career in mortgage administration within a respected IFA environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Mortgage Advisers throughout the mortgage and protection process.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient processing of applications.
  • Prepare documentation, submit applications, and track progress through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Assist advisers with research and general office administration as needed.

About You

  • Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services is desirable.
  • CeMAP-qualified (or working towards it) – advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Professional, positive attitude and a genuine interest in the mortgage and financial advice industry.
