Our client is a chartered national IFA firm with ambitious growth plans, currently 10 locations and c £2 Billion AUM. They are looking to recruit a talented, technically competent Paraplanner to strengthen their Paraplanning support.

  • Level 4 qualified Paraplanner essential, minimum 18 months in a Paraplanning role within an IFA/holistic financial planning environment.
  • Ideally 2-3 days in office, but no specific preference on which days of the week these are.
  • Jan or Feb 2026 start date expected/preferred.
  • Preparing detailed, accurate suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient planning.
  • Research products, analyse portfolios, and build tailored financial strategies for clients.
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and professional partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • In view of the ambitious expansion strategy, there is certainly scope for further progression, either into an advisory role in the longer term, or into management across Paraplanning, Compliance or Operations.
