The Role
This is a highly engaging advisory position focused on turning inbound enquiries into long‑term client relationships and assets under management. You’ll be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest through the firm’s investment‑led marketing campaigns. Your job is to understand their needs, build trust, and deliver high‑quality regulated advice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and converting a steady flow of warm leads
- Running structured discovery meetings to understand client goals
- Providing holistic financial planning and investment advice
- Explaining investment concepts clearly and confidently
- Building long‑term relationships that lead to ongoing AUM
- Maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering consistently high conversion rates
- Working closely with paraplanning, compliance, and onboarding team

What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent)
- Experience as a regulated Financial/Wealth Adviser (CAS or SPS status)

- Proven track record converting prospects into clients
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable in a commercial, lead‑driven environment
- Chartered or working towards
- Experience with discretionary or wealth management propositions
- Understanding of behavioural finance
- Experience with affluent or HNW clients
