An established and growing financial services firm based in the City of London is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join its team. This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure across operations, finance, compliance, HR, procurement, and office management. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of the business while helping to deliver an exceptional service to both clients and colleagues. This position would suit an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership of a diverse workload within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate adviser appointments
  • Maintain and update client and business records within the CRM system
  • Complete client AML checks and assist with information gathering
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Answer telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Liaise with IT providers and resolve office equipment issues
  • Support Directors with business-related tasks
