Ready to take your Paraplanning career beyond report writing? We're working with an award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm that is looking for an experienced Client-Facing Paraplanner to become a true partner to a highly successful Financial Planner. This is not a back-office paraplanning role. You'll be heavily involved throughout the client journey, attending meetings, contributing to advice strategy, conducting reviews, and helping clients make informed decisions about their financial future. If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to play a visible role in delivering outstanding client outcomes, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Opportunity

  • Working from a modern City of London office, you'll support Director-level Financial Planners and high-net-worth clients across a broad range of advice areas including:
    • Investments
    • Pensions and pension transfers
    • Protection planning
    • Tax-efficient strategies
    • Ongoing wealth management reviews

You'll attend client meetings, prepare and deliver high-quality suitability reports, undertake technical research, manage annual review programmes, and ensure clients receive a first-class experience at every stage of the advice process.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years' Paraplanning experience within a Financial Planning firm
  • Diploma qualified (Level 4) and progressing towards Chartered status
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
  • Experience producing high-quality suitability reports
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Confidence working closely with Advisers and professional clients
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Why This Role?

  • This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, growing planning business with over £1bn of assets under management and a reputation for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive and ambitious culture where paraplanners are valued as key contributors to advice delivery rather than simply report writers.
  • City of London
  • Genuine career progression
  • Strong support towards Chartered status
  • High level of adviser and client interaction
  • Award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm

If you're an experienced paraplanner looking for a role that offers greater client exposure, technical challenge and long-term career development, I'd be delighted to hear from you. Contact me directly for a confidential conversation.
