The Role
- Manage and develop an inherited portfolio of clients, including those transitioning from other advisers within the firm
- Deliver holistic, high-quality independent financial planning advice across a broad and established client base
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families
- Contribute to business growth through professional referrals, networking, and firm-generated leads
- Maintain the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and ethical practice throughout
- Where appropriate, provide mentoring or leadership support to junior advisers and paraplanners within the team
About You
- Chartered Financial Planner status - essential
- Several years of experience in a financial planning or advisory role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
