The Opportunity
You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth processing of client business and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing new business applications
- Managing client records and maintaining CRM systems
- Liaising with providers and clients
- Supporting advisers with valuations, reviews, and documentation
- Processing withdrawals, fund switches, and policy servicing
- Assisting with compliance and administrative tasks
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy and client service
About You
- Previous experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience using back-office systems and provider platforms
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
