A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a Paraplanner/Technical Specialist to work with HNW and UHNW clients in their Leatherhead offices (Surrey). The role offers a basic salary of up to £45k plus benefits.

The firm is a Chartered independent wealth planning company that provides whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners across Surrey, Sussex, Kent, and London. They manage the affairs of over 250 families/households with assets ranging from £600k to £8m invested, offering advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, and protections.

The business prioritises exceptional customer satisfaction, resulting in a high retention rate, and is actively engaged in the local community. The support team consists of experienced Administrators and Paraplanners who are encouraged to progress and develop through ongoing CPD and industry exams. Dedicated Operations professionals ensure smooth business functioning.

The CEO is creating a new role for a Technical Specialist/Paraplanner who is pragmatic, organised, and willing to contribute within the office environment. This role will be part of the client services team, responsible for end-to-end report writing on various financial products, managing existing client accounts, acting as a point of contact for providers and clients, and assisting with the compilation of appropriate advice.

Applicants should be actively studying towards their level 4 diploma, either via CII, CISI, or LIBF, and be keen to enhance their technical knowledge through ongoing CPD work. Knowledge of Intelligent Office and Voyant cashflow modelling tools will be highly advantageous.
