My client is a boutique wealth planning firm with offices in Kingston-upon-Thames that offers financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners across Hampshire, Surrey, and Sussex. They manage client affairs with assets ranging from £100k to £2m+ and provide advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, and protections. The business grew organically and now has a team of 3 advisers and full support staff including administrators, paraplanners, and operations staff. Exceptional customer satisfaction and high retention are priorities, with professional development encouraged through CPD and industry exams funded by the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end technical administration for existing clients and new business.
  • Provide technical support to advisers.
  • Attend client meetings and compile suitability letters and pre‑meeting documentation.
  • Assist the Managing Director with his affairs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of wealth management paraplanning experience.
  • Strong team fit and professional attitude.
