This is a busy, varied administrative role supporting advisors and paraplanners — perfect for someone with a financial services background who knows their way around financial admin.

Responsibilities
- Processing and submitting new business applications end-to-end
- Preparing and submitting Letters of Authority (LOA) and chasing providers
- Obtaining valuations, policy information and client data from third parties
- Preparing templated suitability reports under advisor and paraplanner direction.
- Maintaining accurate client records on CRM systems
- Managing advisor diaries and preparing documentation for client reviews
- Processing servicing requests — fund switches, withdrawals, amendments
- Liaising with head office and third-party providers to resolve queries
- Supporting paraplanners with data gathering and file preparation
