A highly regarded and rapidly growing national wealth management group is looking for an experienced financial adviser to join its established Bristol office. We have worked with this business for over ten years and can say with confidence that they invest in people for the long term.

The opportunity is well-supported from day one. A centralised national marketing team generates leads directly for the advisory team, and the Bristol office benefits from an established network of local professional introducers including law firms and accountancy practices. Referrals also come from the existing adviser team, who carry established books of business, and there is a realistic prospect of inheriting a retiring adviser's client bank in due course. For the right person, the platform for building a substantial and long-term income is firmly in place.

Full paraplanning and financial planning administration support means your time is spent where it should be — with clients. The firm holds Chartered status, carries a five-star Defaqto rating on its core managed portfolios and offers whole of market products, giving you a genuinely strong proposition to take to market. Structured training and career development programmes are in place for those who want to grow within the group.

The validation structure has been designed to give new advisers a genuinely accessible runway, with a phased approach that reflects the realities of building a quality client base. Beyond the base salary, advisers have access to a profit share scheme operating on a five-year revolving cycle, with the potential to earn up to three times annual salary at the upper boundary. The wider benefits package is strong, covering holiday, flexible and remote working, pension, death in service and a range of additional perks.

Chartered Financial Planner status will attract a higher salary of up to £80,000. Non-chartered candidates with strong experience will be considered to £70,000.
