Boutique IFA firm - Offices in Epsom (Surrey).

Working with HNW & UHNW clients.

My client is a wealth planning practice in Epsom (Surrey) who have been operating for 20+ years. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to both private and corporate clients who live in London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire. They manage the financial affairs of 120 City professionals, families, retirees, and business owners with £300k - £3.5m of assets invested.

The Managing Director is seeking to recruit a brand new Financial Adviser role who is diploma qualified and ideally studying towards Chartered status, but this is not essential. Your experience and technical knowledge and exposure to HNW will be reflected in a salary and package. You will have a minimum of 3 years of solid advising experience with retirees, families and/or city professionals or business owners.

A broad range of experience and knowledge across a variety of financial products will be crucial (Pensions, Investments, tax planning, Retirement Planning, Protections etc.). Knowledge of Intelligent Office would be highly advantageous. They use a variety of platforms including Transact, Nucleus and AJ Bell.

The Managing Director is seeking to pass on some of his clients to a new adviser so he can focus more on running the business, but there will be an expectation for you to win some new business too. You will have full admin and paraplanning support as well as a dedicated operations manager too.

The role will be office based to begin with but then you can WFH 1 day per week as most client meetings are held in the office. If you are sitting any exams towards Chartered status then the Directors will support you with your studies.

If a supportive environment where all the staff actively help each other and want to gain the most out of their work is appealing to you whilst also having some fun along the way then this role will be perfect for you.

If this role sounds of interest or any other roles I am working on please get in touch.
