What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing client meeting packs and processing follow-up actions
- Producing accurate client portfolio summaries and valuations
- Liaising with clients and providers, keeping everyone informed every step of the way
- Managing diaries and organising client meetings for advisers
- Maintaining and updating client data within Intelligent Office (iO)
- Assisting with month-end reporting and fund switches
- Supporting the delivery of client reviews and ensuring all admin is up to date
- Occasionally attending client meetings with advisers for relationship-building and admin support
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a financial services admin role
- Solid understanding of the advice process and financial products
- Progress toward CII qualifications (or a strong desire to start!)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Experience with Intelligent Office (iO) is a plus
