  • Maintain accurate client records on the CRM
  • Assist with annual reviews and ongoing servicing requirements
  • Support compliance processes and ensure files meet FCA standards
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office and wider client journey

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in an IFA/wealth management administration role
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments and protection products
