My client is a Chartered wealth management business based near Guildford that provides financial advice to high-net-worth private individuals, families, trusts, and businesses across London and the southeast. They have a 5-year growth plan to take the business to the next level.

The Directors are looking to offer an amazing opportunity to a Paraplanner with at least 2 years' experience who has genuine aspirations to become an adviser. They wish to train and mould the successful candidate into an adviser and sign them off with their Competent Adviser Status.

You will ideally be level 4 diploma qualified or working towards this and seeking to do Chartered exams in the future. You will be confident in writing suitability reports and conducting research on pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, IHT, and other topics. You will perform cashflow modelling and attend client meetings with one of the Senior Advisers.

This is a career-enhancing role, providing exposure to HNW & UHNW clients with £500k - £1m invested, and the top households with £30m invested.

My client is flexible salary-wise but is willing to offer £40k - £50k for the role, possibly more for an exceptional candidate, plus a discretionary bonus, PMI, 25 days holiday, DIS benefit, pension, and entry into a BUPA scheme.
