A highly respected, family-run boutique Wealth Planning firm in Guildford is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join their growing team. Established for over 25 years, this firm has built a first-class reputation for delivering high-quality financial advice to High Net Worth clients including professionals, business owners, retirees, and families. They provide advice across pensions, investments, protection, IHT planning, and more complex areas such as VCTs and EIS.
Due to continued growth through referrals and recommendations, a new position has been created for an experienced IFA Administrator / Senior Wealth Management Administrator to take ownership of client administration and support a team of Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. Applicants must have previous experience working within a Wealth Management or IFA firm.
Role Overview
This is a key role within the business where you’ll act as a central point of contact for clients, advisers, and providers, ensuring all client work is delivered accurately and efficiently. You’ll also support and mentor junior administrators within the team.
