A strong Financial Services business providing first-class Wealth Management advice CAN actually be located outside of London!

This is an opportunity to join one of Surrey's most respected and long-established Independent Financial Advisory firms, based on the outskirts of Guildford, with accessible on-site parking and no commute into the capital. If you are currently working in London and wondering whether the salary justifies the journey, this role may be worth a serious look. If you are already based in Surrey and looking for a step up within financial services, it may be exactly what you have been waiting for.

The firm has been operating for over two decades, building lasting relationships with a loyal client base across Surrey, Hampshire and London. Its clients range from local families and retirees through to high-net-worth private individuals, with investable assets typically between £100,000 and £1 million or more. The firm also holds valued relationships with several professional sports clubs, which continue to generate new business, and following an exceptionally strong twelve months, the Managing Director is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join the team.

Experience of Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) is a significant advantage in this role as it sits at the heart of how the business operates. Day-to-day, you will be onboarding new clients, gathering personal and financial details, preparing letters of authority and valuations, conducting AML checks, liaising with product providers and preparing meeting documentation. The firm works across a range of platforms including Quilter, Aviva, Elevate, Standard Life Wrap and Transact.

This is a well-supported role in a business that invests in its people. You will benefit from a thorough induction, study support for professional exams, 25 days holiday, a strong pension contribution, a bonus scheme and enrolment onto a death-in-service and income protection scheme. Parking is on hand at no cost.
