Job Description

Are you an experienced Financial Administrator with a background in an IFA or Wealth Management firm? If so, this opportunity could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality technical administration support to Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Preparing suitability letters and ensuring all client documentation is fully compliant.
  • Managing new business applications and liaising with product providers.
  • Conducting research and supporting the review of existing client arrangements.
  • Handling client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assisting with annual client reviews in line with service standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Previous experience working in an IFA or Wealth Management practice.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial products.
  • Confident communicator – comfortable liaising with clients and providers by phone and email.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple caseloads.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office (or similar CRM system) would be a plus.
