The Role
- Provide tailored, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, and protection
- Work closely with existing clients while developing new relationships
- Build and grow your own portfolio, supported by an existing client bank and steady lead flow
- Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of products, markets, and regulatory changes
About You
- 2-3 years' experience as a Financial Adviser or Associate Adviser
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Highly motivated, commercially minded, and hungry to build your career
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach
- Ambitious, ethical, and eager to continue developing professionally
