An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Team Associate to join a highly regarded and growing financial planning group. This is a key client servicing role within a busy and professional wealth management environment, supporting Financial Planners, Paraplanners and wider internal teams in delivering an exceptional client experience. Due to continued growth and the integration of acquired firms, they are now looking to strengthen their Client Service Team with a capable and detail‑focused individual. This role would suit someone with experience in financial services administration or client servicing who enjoys working in a structured, fast‑paced environment and is keen to develop within a supportive organisation.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for a range of core servicing and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent client outcomes at all times.
- Producing portfolio reports and pre‑meeting documentation for advisers
- Reviewing and correcting client cash accounts
- Submitting and implementing new business applications as instructed
- Maintaining and updating accurate client records across systems such as Intelliflo and Concert Hub
- Managing your own workflow and prioritising tasks effectively
- Supporting advisers, paraplanners and internal teams with ongoing client servicing requirements
- Escalating issues appropriately to the Team Leader where required
- Working collaboratively across departments to ensure a high standard of client service delivery
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with service levels, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Supporting wider business operations as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or client servicing, ideally within financial services
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive, team‑oriented and dependable approach
