The Opportunity
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll sit at the heart of the client journey, supporting Financial Planners while acting as a reliable and friendly point of contact for clients. This is a role where detail matters, relationships matter, and doing things properly matters. You'll be the person ensuring that what's agreed in meetings is followed through accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing client review packs and maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM records
- Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs), chasing providers, and ensuring all information is complete
- Processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection
- Supporting planners with lifestyle modelling outputs to ensure recommendations are correctly implemented
- Monitoring service standards and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Handling client queries in a calm, clear, and professional manner
