As a full-time Financial Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Independent Financial Advisors and paraplanner. Your duties will include:

  • Processing new business applications, verifying case submissions for accuracy, and coordinating with product providers.
  • Maintaining client records, managing Letters of Authority (LOAs), and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
