An excellent opportunity has arisen for a very well-established Wealth Management firm based near Chelmsford in Essex. Due to expansion and an internal promotion, they are now looking to take on a client Relationship Manager within their team and offer them a clear career path. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates wishing to expand their network, by joining a firm in an exciting growth phase within a highly collegiate and collaborative team.

My client has been providing high-quality financial and investment planning services to their clients for over 20 years. They really value their clients, providing them with non-jargon based and highly ethical advice, resulting in exceptional client loyalty. A testament to this is that they do not advertise for new business; it is all generated through referrals and recommendations from their existing clients. They equally value their staff, looking to provide them with careers rather than jobs and strive to constantly provide them with a friendly, supportive and nurturing working environment. They provide advice across pension, investments, protection and intergenerational financial planning along with trust and estate planning advice, across the Essex, Hertfordshire and central London region.

They are looking for a Financial Administrator that has:

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally from a financial services setting
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities with a client-focused, professional demeanour
  • The capacity to successfully prioritise, manage several tasks, and cooperate with others in a team
  • Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving orientated

Duties:

  • Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers
  • Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties
  • Prepare files including compliance required documentation (Sign-up packs); review meeting packs; illustrations where applicable and supporting documentation
  • Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms
  • Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties
  • Book client appointments on behalf of the advisers when appropriate
  • Assist the Case Manager with Letter of Authority’s with the client and third parties

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to join an established but growing practice with a supportive culture where the client always comes first and provide a fundamentally essential role in the business to ensure ongoing success.
