Hybrid working, Bonus, Study Support & Career Progression Plan

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-established Wealth Management firm near Chelmsford in Essex. Due to expansion and an internal promotion, they are seeking a Financial Administrator to join their team and benefit from a clear career path. The firm has been providing high-quality financial and investment planning services for over 20 years, valuing their clients through non-jargon, ethical advice, leading to exceptional loyalty. They do not advertise for new business; instead, they rely on referrals and recommendations from existing clients.

The company values their staff highly, aiming to offer careers rather than jobs, and strives to maintain a friendly, supportive, and nurturing environment. They offer advice across pensions, investments, protection, intergenerational financial planning, and trust and estate planning within the Essex, Hertfordshire, and central London regions.

While experience is beneficial, team fit, drive, attitude, and personality are more important, as they can provide training to address skills gaps. They seek candidates who are flexible, confident, and passionate about financial services. They are open to two types of candidates: those with previous experience as a Financial Administrator or individuals with excellent organization skills and a strong work ethic.

The role involves working closely with a few Advisers. Support and training will be provided at every step to ensure all work is fully compliant and meets the firm’s high standards.
