- Ensuring all work meets compliance and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or IFA environment.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or actively working towards).
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes.
- Experience in financial services administration or paraplanning (depending on level).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ambitious with a clear desire to progress into Financial Advice.
