Are you an experienced Financial Administrator, proficient in Intelligent Office?

My client is actively seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join their esteemed team in Kent. Join a committed, dynamic team that includes Financial Advisors, Paraplanners and experienced Financial Administration professionals. Together, their shared mission is to provide clients with a personalised and friendly service, tailored to their financial objectives, empowering them to retain control over both their present and future finances.

Financial Administrator key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing a substantial client portfolio.
  • Collaborate within POD systems to efficiently balance workloads with your team.
  • Utilise Intelligent Office as they transition 100% of their operations to this cutting-edge platform.
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to FCA and Company Compliance procedures.
  • Handle complaints within the complaints handling process.
  • Follow Anti-Money Laundering Procedures

Client Servicing:

  • Assist in producing accurate client portfolio valuation statements.
  • Support new business and annual review processes.
  • Obtain Anti-Money Laundering Requirements and conduct electronic checks.
  • Handle client queries and calls.
  • Process new business submissions and maintain records.
  • Generate client invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with product providers and follow up on outstanding commission and fees.

General:

  • Work closely with senior partner and paraplanners.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks.
  • Assist in meeting room bookings for client meetings.
  • Proven experience as an IFA Administrator, specifically well-versed in Intelligent Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, always ready to assist team members.

Personal Training and Development:

  • Actively participate in training meetings.
  • Meet performance goals.
  • Stay updated through courses, financial journals, and relevant training.
  • Undertake back-office system training and other required training for compliance and development.
