I have placed 2 staff into the business and built a very good relationship with the Directors. Their clients primarily are based across Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and London, but they do have clients further afield. Cases hold anywhere between £500k to £5m+ of investable assets. The business has very longstanding relations and the advisers take on new business through recommendation and referral. The business focuses on pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, bonds, ISA's, IHT planning, estate planning etc. The Managing Director is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team and support him specifically but also the wider team. Knowledge of the system "Intelligent Office" will be highly advantageous as this is their main CRM, but training can be provided. You will be working on obtaining financial details, writing letters of authority and valuation, onboarding new business, processing new business, conducting AML checks, speaking to product providers and clients and preparing all meeting documents and resources.
