My client is a boutique wealth planning business with offices in Epsom (Surrey) who have been operating for many years with a team of established advisers and support staff. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid whole of market advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners, retirees, and accumulators from the creative industries. Many of their clients fall into the HNW category with over £1m of assets to invest.

This business has a team of 2 established advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients. A vacancy has come available for a Financial Administrator who can work very closely with the MD and his 120 clients who have £300k - £2.5m of invested assets.

You will be doing end-to-end administration and basic paraplanning and being the main point of contact for the clients. You will be involved in client servicing, onboarding new business, annual reviews, and all other areas of the business.

You will ideally have knowledge of Intelligent Office and Voyant cashflow modelling.
