Position Overview
Manage 25 existing client accounts (small/medium sized). £80k - £90k basic salary plus bonuses. 1-2 days in the offices per week.
My client is a boutique wealth planning and employee benefits business with offices in South West London, operating for many years with significant financial backing. The senior role is an Employee Benefits Director who will lead the employee benefits team, oversee 25 clients primarily new and medium sized businesses across London and the southeast, and manage a team leader supervising engagement and retention administrators and a client relations administrator. The role will drive steady growth of the department while ensuring the existing business is maintained and serviced.
