A boutique financial planning business based in Dorking is seeking a Financial Planner/Adviser on an employed basis. The role involves managing existing clients and generating new business, with an anticipated influx of clients in the coming months.
The firm provides a full suite of advice covering Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, and some Protections to high-net-worth retirees, families, and City professionals across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, and some based in London. The firm's funds/assets under management have doubled in the last 12 months, now at approximately £170m AUM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting annual reviews
- Initial meetings with prospective clients
- Building upon the influx of business
Applicants must hold a level 4 diploma and have a minimum of 2 years of advising experience. While working towards chartered status is ideal, it is not essential. The Director is looking for a successor to take on a Directorship role and run the business in 5 years' time.
