A highly progressive, technology-driven Independent Financial Advisory firm based in Essex is seeking an experienced Technical Paraplanner to join its growing team. With approximately £250 million AUM, an average client portfolio of £1m-£1.3m, and a strong focus on data, efficiency, and process, this is an ideal role for a detail-driven paraplanner who thrives in an adviser-led, professional environment.
The Role
- You will support 2 advisers, working across a sophisticated client bank of high-value clients.
- This role is focused on delivering high-quality technical output and maintaining impeccable data standards.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality suitability reports, technical calculations, and client documentation
- Supporting advisers with pre- and post-advice work across investments, pensions, and planning strategies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, registers, and data
- Ensuring operational excellence and adherence to internal processes
- Working closely with advisers in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- Leveraging technology to improve efficiency, workflow, and outcomes
The Ideal Candidate
