Responsibilities – Client Support Administrator
- Provide technical and administrative support to Advisers;
- Handle queries from clients and other parties effectively;
- Prepare files with compliance documentation, review meeting packs, illustrations, and supporting documents;
- Ensure files contain all required client identification and application forms;
- Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties;
- Book client appointments for advisers when appropriate;
- Assist the Case Manager with Letters of Authority with clients and third parties.
